3. Search and show you homes as per agreed price range, location and other desired amenities until we find it.
4. Assist you in preparing an offer to purchase a home and in negotiation process to settling for the best possible price.
5. Give you an estimated of additional costs you need to cover in purchasing your home (Lawyer, LTT, etc.).
6. Assist you during the whole transaction process.
7. Refer you to Lawyers/Mortgage Brokers/ Home Inspectors/ Movers/Trade professionals as per your needs.
8. Hand over your new home keys and a complimentary gift.
9. Keep in touch with you time to time for all your questions and/or needs you may have.
